Who We Are
DeCollaborators CIC is a faith-based, community-driven social enterprise working to transform lives through a unique Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model. We serve as a unifying hub for churches, charities, CICs, community leaders, and creatives, offering digital infrastructure and spiritual empowerment tailored to every UK council and ward.
We operate through five core pillars of delivery—DC Hi5—which together support our mission to connect, equip, and uplift communities at every level.

Each pillar represents a distinct area of impact, collectively forming the operational framework of DeCollaborators CIC
iCare – The Wellbeing & Civic Access Pillar
A compassion-focused pillar supporting vulnerable and diverse communities. iCare includes: BAME-focused support services Recovery and mental health resources Family tools, youth empowerment, and social mobility Information Hub – A directory to access local schools, NHS services, community halls, venues, police, and fire services Together, iCare and the Information Hub help people find care, connect to services, and access civic engagement tools.
AOGER – The Education Pillar
Armour of God Experience Revival (AOGER) is our spiritual and educational foundation. Present in every UK council, AOGER includes: 28 Fishermen – Churches, fellowships, and evangelical ministers appointed as regional revival hubs. 112 Watchmen – Prayer-led intercessors providing spiritual coverage for families, leaders, and nations. AOGER empowers through intercession, outreach, sermons, discipleship, and faith education. Its mission: Reviving faith movements through education, inspiration, and unity.
SOLW – The Entertainment Pillar
Stream of Living Water (SOLW) brings gospel creativity to life through: Gospel music and curated playlists Bible drama and spiritual storytelling Faith-based sports programs and creative events Every council will host SOLW platforms and performances as a means to foster joy, faith expression, and evangelism.
DCRadio – The Collaboration Pillar
DCRadio operates hyperlocally in every ward and serves as the creative and collaborative voice of DeCollaborators CIC. It features: Community talk shows and vox pop Podcasts, devotional segments, and faith-led dialogue Health, business, youth, and family-focused content Local music, Bible drama, and cultural reporting Each ward has its own DCRadio substation, operating under an AOGER council radio host. This structure ensures every voice matters and every story is heard.
DCHub – The Digital Infrastructure & Enterprise Pillar
DCHub is the heart of our online directory and community marketplace. It allows users to: List and discover CICs, charities, churches, vendors, and professionals Filter results by location, service, or cultural group Access local deals, sponsors, and business advertising Empower their enterprise using a Community Wealth Building model Our hyperlocal approach ensures each council and ward benefits from digital exposure and sustainable economic participation.
